The Brief

Originally, a leading International Private Equity business with an initial handful of people armed with a Seed Fund and Business Plan. Arnold Ash was selected as one of two suppliers to identify and attract the leadership team both in the UK and in the client's operating countries. They now have over 150 staff in their HQ in London, several hundred abroad and are a Public Company after a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange.

Our Work

Over the last 10 years, Arnold Ash were integrated and have supported them during a period of exponential growth, placing the majority of their Head Office Leadership Team and supporting them on their way to becoming a FTSE250 company. In true partnership, we worked around the clock to ensure we supported this growth, making over 50 critical interim and permanent placements throughout this decade.
